How can I find out if a product is available?
All of our medical products and supplies in-store are listed on the corresponding page. If you don't see an item you're looking for, you can contact our team for estimated restock times or advice on available alternatives.
Can I purchase large volumes of medical supplies?

Can I buy and pick up at your office?
Yes of course, you must contact us first to prepare your order.
Are all the products on this page available in Chile or do some need to be imported? How long does it take?
We have a large stock of products, but some must be imported. Delivery times should be inquired about, as there may be some unusual delays due to the current health conditions.
How long does it take for my order to arrive if I place it online?
It depends on the region where you are located, from 24 to 72 hours in the RM which is the usual, up to 5 business days in extreme areas, you can check when you make the purchase what the delivery date would be.
